Currently, 3D-PharmXchange does not ask you to opt in for non-functional cookies, even though such permission may be required by law. This is something we are aware of. However, the impact of such agreement on our users is not limited. Moreover, it is not clear, for example, as to how to deal with cookies with third-party information and those placed on our website, and how many non-Dutch entities adhere to the law. 3D-PharmXchange is following market developments closely to this end and will take further action as soon as is necessary and appropriate.
