Job Description

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our team and contribute to an in depth understanding of Alzheimer drug discovery role. In this role, you’ll gather and analyze key data from a wide range of sources — including company press releases, investor presentations, clinical trial databases, and scientific literature — to map ongoing developments, competitors, and trends in the field.

You’ll support our Alzheimer expert team in delivering high-level insights that inform strategic decision-making for internal and client projects. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to real-world drug development from the early discovery stages through to clinical translation.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and summarize Alzheimer’s drug development programs from public and scientific sources
  • Analyze and structure data on Alzheimer’s compounds, clinical trials, mechanisms of action, and partnerships
  • Organize data by mechanism of action, modality, phase of development and driving company
  • Help prepare internal reports and presentations to guide client and internal strategy
  • Contribute to team discussions on therapeutic innovation and market dynamics

Minimum Requirements

  • Able to work from Tilburg or Amsterdam offices (hybrid role)
  • Master’s student in Life Sciences, e.g. Biomedical Sciences, Neuroscience, Business and Innovation, or related
  • Strong interest in drug development, biotech, and strategy
  • Demonstrated affinity for business and finance
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting both scientific publications and industry news
  • High-level English comprehension and writing skills
  • Strong communication skills – clear, concise, and confident
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
