3D-PharmXchange is a Dutch drug development consultancy and operational support firm located in Tilburg, Oss & Amsterdam. We are dedicated to the development of (bio-) pharmaceuticals such as small molecules, vaccines and ATMP’s. Our team of experts covers the key areas of pre-clinical, clinical, CMC, regulatory affairs, and project management. In addition, we provide out-licensing, interim management support and Quality Assurance services. Our clients are innovative biotech companies, start-ups, academia, and pharma companies.
Job description
As the Office Manager, you will support our company by taking responsibility for organizational and administrative tasks. Your role will ensure smooth operations and help management maintain a well-organized structure. You will closely work together with the colleagues of department of business and operations and you will be the “owner” of our head office in Tilburg and our satellite offices in Oss and Amsterdam.
In this role, you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Supporting the management and consultants in their daily activities
- Support in social media activities, sales processes, preparing events, presenting materials
- Administrative activities; such as managing e-mails and handling phone calls
- Support in HR activities; preparing HR documents, e.g. contracts, recruitment activities, posting vacancies etc.
- Arranging of traveling and meetings
- Organizing and preparing internal meetings, managing agendas and scheduling meetings
- Purchasing of general supplies, contracting of facility related services
- Being the host in the company; welcome guests and clients to the office, answering phone calls and emails
- Support in onboarding of new employees and be supportive to current employees
- First point of contact regarding IT related questions, liason between consultants and our IT service provider
Requirements
- Prefarably a higher professional working and thinking level
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in English required; communication in Dutch is considered a plus
- Accurate, hands-on and highly structured
- Decisive, independent and a proactive attitude
